Our eco friendly wooden toys are made from rubber wood. These are trees which are grown for their natural latex, which is tapped from the trees as they grow. When they stop producing the latex the trees are cut down and re-planted, creating an ongoing cycle of carbon reduction. Rather than wasting the wood from the trees it is made into these super eco friendly wooden toys, therefore completely closing the gap and wasting nothing!
The toys are handmade in a Fair Trade factory in Sri Lanka by seven family based enterprises.
